  • Is the product on the site original?
    Yes. Beauty Treasure Korea represents 100% original products, as we cooperate with all brands that are presented on our website, directly under contracts. All products are delivered to our warehouse directly from brand warehouses.

  • How can I find out the date of manufacture or expiration date?
    Depending on the brand and type of product, the format of the date of manufacture and expiration date may differ. On all products, the date is indicated according to the Korean standard: 1) If the product has the word 제조, the date of production is indicated on the package. 2) If the product has the word 까지, the expiration date is indicated on the package.
  • I received a damaged product/I have a problem with the product. Where should I turn?

  • How can I pay for an order?

  • How can I cancel an order?
    To cancel your order, please contact the Beauty Treasure Korea team beautytresure.korea@gmail.com in the site's support system by providing the order number. Return of the amount of the cost of the order is possible in two ways - in cash or points of our site.If the order has already been loaded into the system for picking, or has already been assembled or shipped, it is technically impossible to cancel the order.
  • How can I track an order?
    Currently, all orders are shipped by EMS Korea -> learn more about EMS Other delivery services are temporarily unavailable. The average order picking time is 5-6 working days.   • Does the site offer free shipping?
    Currently, Beauty Treasure Korea is unable to place an order with free shipping. The cost of delivery depends on the distance of the region and the total weight of the goods. *When buying more than 3 mil. KRW this issue can be coordinated with site support.
  • How long does it take to deliver an order?
    To those countries that have regular transport flights, delivery usually takes 2-4 weeks. Given the political situation, force majeure is also possible. Since there is currently no direct air service between Korea and Russia, the average delivery time is 15-20 days. Average order picking times can be up to one business week. After the picking is completed, the parcels in the batch are transferred to agents to send the goods to the client. Tracking is available after the parcel is registered for the flight. *Beauty Treasure Korea cannot provide or guarantee exact delivery times as they may vary depending on the workload of Beauty Treasure Korea's warehouse, shipping company or other factors.
  • Where are you located and are there shops in Russia?
    Beauty Treasure Korea is an online platform. Our company and warehouse are located in Korea, and the shipment is made directly from our warehouse. We do not have physical stores in the Russian Federation.
  • When do I have to pay customs duty?
    In March 2022, the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission decided to temporarily increase the price limit for duty-free import of goods to 1,000 euros. Requirements for the weight of the parcel - no more than 31 kg. However, parcels to Russia are sent by an indirect route. At the moment, the customs limit for transfers in Armenia is 200,000 drams (approximately 450 US dollars). If the value exceeds the limit, the duty and tax are 15% of the value after deducting 200,000 AMD. For example, the cost of items is 300,000 AMD. The calculation is shown below. (300,000-200,000) x 15% = 15,000 (approximately $36) Therefore, the buyer needs to pay duty if the order value exceeds $450.
  • What happens if I refuse to pay customs duty?
    In case of refusal to pay customs duty, the entire responsibility lies with the buyer. Beauty Treasure Korea parcels cannot be returned back to Korea and are subject to full disposal without the possibility of compensation to the store or buyer.
  • What happens if I refuse to provide passport details?
    In the event that the parcel failed to pass customs control due to the provision of incorrect data, refusal to provide data or refusal to pay customs duty, Beauty Treasure Korea is not responsible for this. Beauty Treasure Korea parcels cannot be returned back to Korea and are subject to full disposal without the possibility of compensation to the store or buyer.
  • In what cases is a product returned or exchanged?
    Compensation is carried out in the following cases: 1. If you receive a defective or broken item.2. If the wrong item is received.3. If the remaining shelf life of the product is less than 6 months.4. If for some reason the parcel did not reach the recipient. * Please note that customer service cannot issue refunds for orders more than 1 month old. IMPORTANT: * In the event that the parcel failed to pass customs control due to the provision of incorrect data, refusal to provide data or refusal to pay customs duty, Beauty Treasure Korea is not responsible for this. Parcels cannot be returned to our warehouse and are disposed of, therefore, in this case, the site cannot provide a refund or resend. * In the event that delivery is not possible due to the fault of Beauty Treasure Korea or the fault of the transport company, Beauty Treasure Korea guarantees that the cost of the order/product will be refunded or reshipped.
  • How can I get a refund?
    The following payment methods are possible on our website: 1. Refund of the cost of a purchase or item with Beauty Treasure Korea points.2. Refund of the cost of the purchase or goods in money to the bank card that the order was paid for.3. Resend the product. To receive a refund, you must send us the order number, a description of the problem, as well as a photo of the contents of the package and the waybill (in case of a problem with the goods or some of them missing).
